我对酒店设计的一些见解

酒店是一个综合艺术品。
任何酒店设计，不仅仅局限于室内布局，首先必需关注建筑空间的优化，将一个单调的空间创造出非常丰富多彩的层次。因为空间构成是真正影响人类心灵的最直接因素，可以将人的喜怒哀乐潜移默化。在这方面，个人认为世界做得最好最成功的空间元素设计在中国古代的-苏州园林文化、杭州人文景观、北京紫禁城文化。所以我在酒店设计中，必须要考虑空间的多样性，趣味性。延续中国传统的结构多元性。但不是抄袭，而是根据这些手法独创自己的作品。

其次是唯美与艺术化。设计师必须要保持一颗童心，让客人产生心灵最深处的怀念与温馨。甚至要能够用诗词赞美自然，诗词是最好的艺术的精炼，最唯美的设计的体现。我推崇酒店设计必需达到戏剧、舞台、艺术、唯美、舒适、合理、细节。住在酒店的客人不管是商旅还是度假，都需要的是远离尘世的美妙感受，生活在此的快乐与回味，而不仅仅是临时经过的驿站。

风水是中国非常独特的文化。在中国做酒店，有时也需要考虑风水在设计中的应用，中国人的很多生活习性都可以在风水中找到根源。唯物主义和唯心主义在中国都非常重要。例如某奥运会酒店设计，业主接受我提出的风水论调，并将之实施。

丰富的酒店经验必不可少。设计必需要结合酒店管理流程进行优化，以达到业主使用的条件。并提升业主的产品品牌价值。错误的设计会增加酒店运营的成本。

投资方的资金成本也要为其考虑。虽然优秀的理念很重要，但是懂得取舍将是完美的结局。

Some my opinions of the Hotel design

Hotel is a comprehensive artwork.

The first step of Hotel design, not just the layout of the interior, should care how to optimize the Architecture space, making a plodding place to a rich and colorful space. As the space form is the first factor that affects people’s soul, it can affect people’s temper by a hidden way. In this part, I think that the most excellent space is in the Chinese archaic culture,--SUZHOU garden culture, HANGZHOU Humanism culture, Forbidden City culture n Beijing. So in my Hotel design, the space’s diversity and interest must be considered, continuing the multilayer of Chinese structure, not copying, but using these methods to create my own work.

The second are the aestheticism and artistry. Design should keep a unsophisticated-heart, to make the guest feel the miss and blandness in deep heart, even can use poesy to praise the nature, poesy is the most polished and aesthetic art .I suggest hotel design should arrive the level of drama\stage\art \ aestheticism\ comfort\ nous\detail. Either the businessman or the Vacationist stay in the Hotel, What they need aren’t temporary  stations, but the sweetness feel of far away from the earthliness, the happiness and aftertaste to stay here .

Geomantic omen is a unique feature of Chinese culture. When we design Hotel In china , we should considered the Geomantic omen’s using in our work , lots of living habit’s springhead can be founded in Geomantic omen . Materialism and mentalist all are very important in China, for example, in one of Olympic Games Hotel, Client received my suggest of Geomantic omen, and implemented it.

Abundant Hotel experience is absolutely necessarily. Design should optimize with the hotel administer in order to arrive the client’s need.

Investor‘s fund is another factor should be considered. Though excellent idea is important, but knows how to choose can lead to a perfect  work.
