《投名状》中的剧情结局虽然未脱离大清官场腐败险恶之阴影，但从始至末，其却有一些地方值得我们回味，对我们企业经营管理也有着一定的意义与影响。

　　1、 生存下来，发展才有可能

　　2、 治理结构要合理

　　所谓的治理结构要合理，就是组织利益分配要合理。庞青云原本是官，赵二虎、姜午阳是匪，官匪怎么能结合呢，那就是因为庞青云、赵二虎、姜午阳三人纳了投名状，关键人物利益绑在了一起，才有了后来众人齐心协力作战，而且是战无不胜，甚至有时他们不惜个人生命赢取团队的胜利。而我们到今天却仍有一些企业不明白这个道理，总是抱怨自己企业的中高层领导以前看见像一条条龙，怎么在企业呆了几年感觉像是一条条虫了。我们再回头看那些做得大得的企业，治理结构绝对较为先进的，远得是我们的晋商，近得是蒙牛这样的企业，有了良好的治理结构，销售业绩的神话不是偶然的，是必然的。

　　3、 团队中只能有一个声音
