更多说明塔然塔建筑设计咨询有限公司完成了一套公寓设计项目，位于上海静安区，面积75m2。 业主从香港回来，公寓面积虽小，但他们希望能有全部功能：除了客厅、主卧、厨房、有淋浴和浴缸的浴室等必备功能之外，他们还需要客房、餐厅和书房。为了满足业主的需求，建筑设计师Enrico Taranta改变原有布局，将客厅和主卧调换，用玻璃墙封掉一个阳台，以获得更多空间。 设计亮点是充分利用了客厅和主卧之间的剩余空间，设计一间用玻璃移门隔离出的多功能房间，这个多功能房间具有灵活性，可以满足多种不同的日常生活需求：晚上可以用作客房，用餐时间可以用作餐厅，白天可以用做书房。最有趣的是我们使用的智能调光玻璃可以调整玻璃是否透明，来控制房间与外界的隔绝与联通。 考虑到这个区域昂贵的房价，这个设计方案不仅增加了这所公寓的功能性，而且提升了公寓本身的设计价值。 为了更好地衬托设计风格：塔然塔建筑设计加入了一些奢华的家具，天花板上的线性光线设计（因为上海缺乏阳光）使整个空间看起来舒适、清新、明亮。 我们相信在国际大都市中，多功能性设计将成为室内设计一大趋势。 TARANTA CREATIONS has completed a design for an apartment located in Jingan district, Shanghai China. The total size was around 75 square meters; The owners of the flat were from Hongkong and their requirements were to have all the functions of an apartment of double size: beside the main function of living room, master bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, they requested a guest room, a dining room and a study room. In order to meet their needs, Architect Enrico Taranta totally changed the original home layout, starting to switch living room with the master bedroom and close 1 balcony with glass walls to gain more space. The design highlight was in remaining space between the 2 rooms, by creating a multi-function room with mobile glass sliding partitions allowing the room to be flexible to different daily needs: the room will become a guest room at night, a dining room during lunch or dinner and a study room in the morning and afternoon; Particularly interesting is the use of dimming glass which can make the partitions transparent or not. Considering the very expansive price for real estate in that area, this design solution not only solved functional problems but added a design value for the apartment itself. For the style: Taranta Creations adds some luxurious furniture, special ceiling led linear lights (due to the lack of sunshine in shanghai) and makes the whole space enjoyable, fresh and bright. We believe that in big metropolis around the world applying flexibility will be the big new trend of home design.
